On 8 September 2026, members of the Vietnamese Business Council in the UAE (VNBC) and Vietnamese companies attended Expanding From Southeast Asia Through Dubai, a business session hosted by DMCC. The event brought together representatives from ASEAN business councils and companies to discuss how Dubai can support growth into the UAE and wider international markets.

For Vietnamese businesses, Dubai offers opportunities to build regional partnerships, reach new distribution channels and connect with investors. The discussion was particularly relevant to companies working in sectors such as electronics, advanced manufacturing, agriculture, food products, coffee and tea, logistics, and digital trade.

The session also strengthened connections among the Vietnamese, Malaysian, Indonesian, Singaporean and Philippine business communities in the UAE. By sharing market perspectives and experiences, participating businesses could identify common interests and potential areas for collaboration.
