On 31 August 2026, the Vietnamese Business Council in the UAE (VNBC) organized a business delegation visit to Saudi Arabia, bringing Vietnamese companies together with regional stakeholders to explore opportunities for trade, investment, and expansion.

A key part of the visit was a working session with the Saudi–Vietnam Business Council. The meeting was attended by H.E. Hoang Huu Anh, Ambassador of Vietnam to Saudi Arabia; H.E. Ahmed Al-Theeb, Chairman of the Saudi–Vietnam Business Council; and Mr. Harry Nguyen Thanh Tuan, Chairman of VNBC. The Vietnamese Embassy identifies Hoang Huu Anh as Ambassador.

Participating businesses introduced their sectors, capabilities, and areas of interest. They also learned more about the Saudi market and discussed potential partnerships with their counterparts. These conversations gave companies an opportunity to consider practical steps toward entering Saudi Arabia and expanding across the region.

Through business delegations such as this, VNBC aims to help its members build relationships and identify opportunities beyond their home markets. We look forward to continued dialogue with the Saudi–Vietnam Business Council and to supporting stronger business ties between Vietnam and Saudi Arabia.
